Leporello

In Mozart’s opera the famed rogue and lover Don Giovanni has seduced so many women that when Leporello, his manservant, unfolds a shockingly long tally of his conquests, it tumbles, accordion-style to reveal the truth of his wickedness.

Our Leporello are folded paper books, bound with hand-made marbled papers and presented in a paper enclosure and slip cover.

Each Leporello is a visual rhyme of pure aesthetic pleasure: quietly maverick, romantic, compelling and beautiful. Made with vintage and found papers, inspired by the natural world, art, architecture, theatre, fashion and the classical world each miniature work is unique.
